Scandinavian teak sideboard, 1950s/60s

Teak sideboard with five drawers, two sliding doors and internal shelves. Tapered legs and recessed handles. Scandinavian production from the 1950s/60s. The structure extends horizontally on four tapered legs, with a broad top and a front articulated by a sequence of drawers and sliding doors. Five drawers occupy the left section, while the side compartments, enclosed by the doors, are fitted with shelves. Recessed handles keep the fronts visually clean, allowing the natural grain of the teak to remain prominent. Its forms, materials and proportions reflect Scandinavian furniture design of the mid-20th century. Good condition. It may show signs of age. Please pay attention to the photographs. AG280
