Desk designed by Charlotte Perriand in the late 1950s. The rectangular top is laminated with gray melamine and rests on a black lacquered metal frame. It includes a black drawer marked "Charlotte Perriand brevet S.G.D.G." Cansado is a mining town built in the 1960s by the Mauritanian Iron Mining Company "MIFERMA" to house its employees. Some of the furniture was designed by Charlotte Perriand between 1959 and 1967. Steph Simon edition, circa 1959-1967.
