Gastone Rinaldi armchair for Rima Padova, Italy 1960

Rare Italian armchair designed by Gastone Rinaldi for Rima Padova in the 1960s. Original solid brass structure with airy and elegant modernist lines, typical of the best Italian furniture from the mid-20th century. Seat, backrest, and armrests are padded and covered in smooth cream velvet in excellent condition. Its both minimalist and sculptural design makes it an ideal piece for high-end modernist and contemporary interiors. Rare model, difficult to find on the market. Excellent vintage condition, with slight signs of wear consistent with its age. Italy, circa 1960-1965.
