Magnificent spiral staircase "spiral" Rare & authentic vintage of the 70's. Interlocking steps on a central axis in the spirit of roger tallon's staircase. It is of very good quality and solid. Installed for 45 years in a private house, and a little intensive use (led to the attic), it is in a very good state of conservation: the paint is impeccable and has some scratches and traces of light wear. The steps fit on top of each other on a central axis. The number of steps to be laid is adaptable according to the height of the floor. Its small footprint (total diameter 110cm) allows it to adapt in all spaces, even the smallest. Material: Orange lacquered cast iron walk typical of the 70's. Can be treated and repainted according to taste. Thick & transparent plexiglass walking top. A decoration can be affixed between the metal support and the transparent step top (as in the photo of the climbed staircase), or left as is with the visible step structures. Possibility to pass an electrical cable through the central axis to illuminate the steps with leds. Size: 12 steps + 1 "walking hat" to put on the last step of the top. Unit step height: 21.1 cm. Plexiglas slab thickness: 1.8 cm. Total height of the staircase: about 258 cm (excluding hat) Footprint diameter on the ground: 110 cm. Unit working width: 50.5 cm.
