Space age floor lamp

A rare and unique object this luminous ball on a pole. The large diffuser ball can move up and down the shaft. The two hemispheres are made of a fiberglass-like, translucent plastic. The top-and bottom half can be lit individually or simultaneous. The halves are separated by a metal plate in the middle. The plain flat (weighted) base and shaft are made of chrome. A lovely design in remarkable (flawless!) 100% original condition.
