Authentic Persian rug of Iranian origin, entirely hand-knotted in wool. It features a rich geometric compartment design in warm tones (ochre, terracotta, midnight blue, and dark brown). Characteristics: Dimensions: 148 × 94 cm. Origin: Iran (traditional artisanal work) Material: Wool velvet on a cotton/wool warp. Condition: In fair used condition. The colours and velvet are well preserved. Notable wear is visible on one of the corners with frayed edges and loose threads (see detail photo), as well as irregular period fringes. Ideal for a bohemian, vintage, or ethnic chic touch.
