Original set of 4 'Executive' armchairs by Eero Saarinen for Knoll, 1960s

Great set of 4 'Model 71' armchairs, also known as the 'Executive' series, designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll International in 1948. This is an early set from the 1960s with the original black leatherette upholstery in good condition. The chairs feature beautiful and organic shapes combined with a minimalist chrome-plated steel frame. Labeled and produced by De Coene in Kortrijk under license for Knoll International. Excellent condition apart from some minor wear on the armrests of some chairs.
