Vintage office chair J&J Kohn 1890 (label and stamp)

Office or accent chair in arched beech wood, edited by j&j kohn austria in the years 1890 and 1912. Armchair with label and stamp. The chair is in very good condition with regard to its age, presence of traces of use and patina of time. Decor on the wooden seat. Nicely pricked on the back and belt of the seat. The chair is solid, stable and stamped. * Seat height: 45 cm, Seat diameter 49 cm. Maximum width between armrests 62 cm. J&j kohn was founded in 1849 by jacob kohn who was inspired by thonet's patents and technique to create his own range (bistro chair, chairs and furniture). In 1912 it will associate with mundus and later in 1922 with thonet, hence many similarities between the brands.
