Pair of Thonet Office Armchairs – Bent Beech & Pyrograved Seats

Maison Lecan presents this pair of Thonet office armchairs made of bent beech, circa 1910. The armrest model is one of the most refined forms of the steam-bent wood technique: lightweight structure, continuous line from the armrests to the backrest, flared saber legs. The round seats made of moulded plywood are pyro-engraved with a floral pattern characteristic of Thonet's early 20th-century production. The original labels are present on both pieces. They have a consistent dark patina, in their original condition. Both armchairs are consistent in condition and patina. Sold as a pair. Reference LDP: 20260420-002.
