Elegant vintage glass cake stand in clear moulded glass, featuring a delicate naturalistic decor characteristic of early 20th-century French glassware. Its round plate showcases a remarkable relief design depicting two swans with outstretched wings, gliding over a body of water among water lilies and reeds. The glass is crafted in two finishes: clear for the background and frosted for the motifs, with golden touches creating a beautiful contrast effect. On either side, two openwork handles shaped like swan heads harmoniously complete the piece. There is no signature, but the item is identical to the crystal model by Mikasa, made by Walther-Glas in West Germany. A beautiful handcrafted piece that will fit well as both a decorative object and a centrepiece. A few micro chips are to be noted.
