Cherry wood sideboard

Magnificent antique dresser in solid cherry wood, fully restored with care in our workshops and retaining all its charm and authenticity. Its matte varnish finish with a slightly waxed appearance enhances the natural grain of the wood while giving it a lovely softness. Two-part dresser: The upper section is distinguished by its two glazed doors framing a fixed central section. The doors are equipped with their original bevelled glass, particularly elegant and adding a lot of refinement to the whole. The interior back is made of deep velvet black to create a superb contrast with the cherry wood, highlighting the objects you display. The upper part of the piece also features two beautiful crafted shelves offering generous display space. The lower section, fully enclosed, provides a nice storage space with its moulded panels and elegant central fluted element, and includes a shelf. All the hardware is original and has been restored, which fully contributes to the authenticity and character of this magnificent piece of furniture brought up to date. This dresser is in the classic French style, inspired by Louis XV. A piece that will fit perfectly in both an old house and a contemporary interior seeking a beautiful character piece.
