Mid-century Bulgarian coffee service

Glazed earthenware coffee service, attributed to a Bulgarian production from the 1960s–1970s. Its decoration of cream vertical stripes on a deep brown, almost black background contrasts with russet brown interiors. The nuances of the glaze and the natural patina of time highlight its vintage charm. The set includes: * 6 cups: height 7 cm, diameter 6 cm; * 5 saucers: diameter 13 cm; * 1 teapot with lid: height 13 cm, body diameter 10 cm; * 1 small jug with lid: height 8 cm, diameter 7 cm; * 1 sugar bowl with lid: height 8 cm, diameter 7 cm. Overall in good condition, with no cracks. A few very minor chips on the edges have been discreetly retouched in black and are barely noticeable. Natural patina and slight signs of wear. A harmonious and well-preserved set, with a graphic and warm decoration.
