Murano Iridescent Pink Blown Glass Amphora Vase - Ancient Roman?

This superb antique vase is made of iridescent pink blown glass. In the shape of an antique amphora, it is a roman style vase - certainly a production of murano in italy, perhaps scavo V.zane. In the venetian glassmaking tradition, this vase is made of iridescent pink blown glass, it has a pot-bellied shape, a narrow neck and hot-applied handles. This pitcher vase has a grainy texture with delicate bubbles and inclusions of an earthy beige material. In good general condition, I note discreet traces of use. This vase measures 15 cm in height X 9 cm in diameter.
