PANTON CHAIR 1st SERIES LILA Panton Chair. 1960. Verner Panton (1926 - 1998) was a Danish designer of Pop Art. Panton Chair in shiny purple from 1968-69. The two chairs are from the 1st series and were made of Baydur and then lacquered. The chairs were only produced by Bayer in Leverkusen for a very short time.
