Sheraton sideboard by Giotto Stoppino for Acerbis

Designed by Giotto Stoppino and Lodovico Acerbis, the Sheraton sideboard combines formal elegance and design innovation in a piece that has left its mark on the history of Italian design. Awarded the Compasso d’Oro in 1979 for its innovative sliding-rotating opening system, which allows the doors to open completely, the Sheraton entered the permanent collection of London’s Victoria and Albert Museum. The sideboard is finished in a light grey high gloss lacquer. Condition: The cabinet is in very good condition with some signs of use consistent with age and usage.
