Pair of wall lights by Louis Sognot, 1960

Pair of rattan wall lights in the lantern style from the 1960s attributed to the French designer Louis Sognot (1892-1970). Wall fixture composed of a straight rod encased by two curved rods. The top of the rod is shaped like a crook and supports a lampshade made of a rattan cage containing a white paper shade. Metal hooks allow for their attachment. The wall lights are fitted with bayonet-type sockets. The electrical cables are in very good condition, but plugs will need to be added. Sold without bulbs.
