'Horizontals' A-Line cabinets by Shigeru Uchida for Pastoe, 1990s, set of 2

A set of two finely designed 'Horizontal' A-Line units made of anodised aluminium. Each features smooth sliding doors that open to the left or right. Each unit is fully branded with the company name Pastoe. They were designed to hold compact discs but can now be used to store anything. They easily mount to the wall by sitting on a wall bracket that attaches to the wall with just a few screws. Signs of use are absolutely minimal. One unit has a stain inside (see image).
