Vintage dish bowl - fat lava / vallauris style - 1960s-1970s.

Presentation plate/bowl with graphic decor for Mid-Century ceramic enthusiasts. 1960s-1970s. Front: An abstract relief design, blending shades of bright red, orange, and dark brown. The central motif resembles a solar explosion or a textured organic pattern, applied on a finely speckled white glazed background. Back: Volcanic glaze appearance in brown and anthracite shades, reminiscent of the Fat Lava style. Signed "Retoucy". In excellent condition. No chips or cracks. The irregularities in the glaze on the back attest to its entirely handmade vintage production. Ideal on a Scandinavian sideboard, as a catch-all, as a centrepiece, or to complement a collection of vintage ceramics (Vallauris, Accolay, West Germany style). Careful shipping.
