Other photos available on request (limited to 5 on professional leboncoin) A guaranteed favourite for lovers of raw authenticity! A magnificent Persian corridor gallery, entirely hand-knotted by tribal weavers (Kurdish / Loris influence). This wool rug stands out with its mustard yellow / wild saffron background, a bright and rare colour that highlights a fascinating geometric design. Upon closer inspection, you will discover a whole universe of micro-patterns: sacred birds, stylised small animals, and geometric amulets. What gives it its soul. True to authentic nomadic productions, it features weaving irregularities and variations in pile height that reveal its weave in places. Far from perfect and cold industrial productions, this unique piece tells a story and will bring a crazy charm, resolutely Wabi-Sabi and Bohemian, to your corridor or entrance. Technical Characteristics. Origin: Iran (Kurdish tribal weaving / Hamadan) Manufacture: Authentic hand-knotted (traditional loom) Dimensions: ~85 X 340 cm.
