Magnificent pair of moustiers earthenware plates from the 18th century. Moustiers earthenware was highly prized in the 18th century. Among the most prestigious orders from the factory is that of madame de pompadour, favorite of king louis xv, who had a service produced with her coat of arms. These hand-painted plates have an elegant scalloped edge and are adorned with a charming polychrome floral decoration.
