A pair of brutalist armchairs in oak and ecru boucle from the 1950s. France. A pair of armchairs with a solid oak structure, featuring a simple and architectural design. Straight armrests and square legs, with low crossbars to reinforce the whole. Seat and backrest completely reupholstered in ecru boucle, creating a warm wood/fabric contrast. Neat finish with decorative nails along the edge of the backrest, a typical detail of workshop craftsmanship.
