Original vintage watercolour by Marius ALAMARTINE (20th century), signed at the bottom right. It depicts one side of the Place Saint Philibert in Charlieu (Loire) with the Hôtel de la Halle in the foreground. The current layout of the area is almost identical to that represented in this watercolour. Recent, neutral framing enhances the subject. The watercolour is in good condition, with no tears. Its small size makes it easy to place in any room, either on the wall or on a chest of drawers, piece of furniture, or console. Frame dimensions: 32cm X 23cm. Watercolour dimensions: 24cm X 12cm.
