It is not possible to date these pieces with certainty but they have a history, in fact, they were given to a young woman by her fiancé just after the second world war and brought back by bike from belgium. We like to have the history of the objects we find, it gives them an extra charm! Each vase is richly decorated with delicate plant motifs, such as leaves, branches and flowers, which are finely hand painted in the subtle shades of blue and white typical of delft ceramics.
