Persian carpet 132 x 200 cm

Superb persian wool carpet on cotton. Iranian work of the 70s. This beautiful room is in very good condition. The wool has retained all its thickness and flexibility. Decorated with a large central medallion with 12 geometric branches, the dominant color of the field is bordeaux wine lees. Flowers and plants with multiple hues are dotted there. A large frieze composed of stylized flowers frames the whole. Cotton fringes are short. Knotting: 90, 000 knots per metre ² approximately. Length: 200 cm. Width: 132 cm. Weight: 8 kg.
