Matteo Grassi Cantilever Chairs MG5 1980

This set of six, rare red mg5 cantilever chairs were designed by matteo grassi. These bauhaus style chairs were originally manufactured in italy during the 1960s. The chairs feature beautiful and thick patinated leather seating, back and armrests. The chairs have tubular chrome frames. The leather back is embossed with 'matteo grassi'. The overall condition of these chairs are very good given their age (see photos). It is unusual to come across six of these delightful red chairs of very high quality from italy.
