This very pretty pot or vase, I am not sure of the primary use of this object, with its pretty hand-painted polychrome decoration comes from the fourmaintraux courquin factory in desvres, it indeed has the initials f and c intertwined underneath, which also means that it dates from the years 1865 to 1900. This signature is accompanied by numbers of which I know neither the meaning nor the origin, perhaps a reference written by a former owner of the object. This pot has a pretty ribbed shape and is topped with a wavy collar, its two handles are also ribbed. It is in beautiful condition for an object that is over 120 years old! No cracks, the interior is clean, but it has a chip on the enameling under a handle (invisible when the object is placed on a piece of furniture), as well as a chip and a chip on the corrugated edge, but this are not obvious. It measures 11.5 cm in height, approximately 12 cm in diameter, approximately 15 cm in width including handles.
