Old painting, Savoyard landscape, signed early 20th century

Very nice painting, representing a savoyard landscape in sainte-foy tarentaise, watercolor on paper in a wooden, gilded and sculpted glass frame. It is signed lower left. Marie piat: artist, french painter, born in 1880 died in 1977. This painting represents chalets in the mountains, in a very raw way as in the past and probably in spring. Very well painted and very well done. This painting alone decorated a mountain chalet or a second home. It is written on the back, marie piat, 4, rue m, carême in saint-étienne, as well as savoyard chalet, sainte-foy tarentaise. Condition: the watercolor is in very good condition, consistent with its age with very fresh colors, two small marks on the glass inside and a small white trace on the paper at the top right which, in my opinion, is due to the quality of the paper at the time, cut 36 cm h 29 cm.
