Charming Parisian bonnetière with a bevelled mirror door in Art Deco style dating from the 1920s. A healthy, stable, and solid wardrobe made of raw beech wood with a clear oil protection finish. The door opens easily by lifting it with the key. The original lock is functional. Inside, there is a large storage capacity with three original fixed shelves sanded to raw wood. At the bottom, there is a large drawer that slides well, equipped with its original antique handle. The wood shows colour variations in places; see photos. Please note that all these vintage pieces have signs of use and minor defects despite a long and careful renovation. Any major defects are noted in my listings. There are old, uninhabited woodworm holes present at the bottom, and one leg has been reinforced at the back; see photo. The drawer handle is sturdy but slightly deformed. The mirror is charming, and you can see yourself very well in it; however, there are several black stains present at the bottom and on the right side, too beautiful! The door can be easily removed for transport if needed. Important for final setup: the shelves must be installed before opening the door, as the weight of the door can cause it to tip! Dimensions L90xP40xH206. Height of the legs 11 cm. Shelves L86xP31/36xH50/31: 31/34. Drawer L75xP32xH13. Bevelled mirror L40xH119.
