Maralunga set consisting of a 3-seater sofa and two armchairs, with a very recognisable design. Rounded and generous lines, featuring large seat and back cushions for a pronounced "living room" comfort. The foldable headrests (a signature of the model) allow for a transition from a low back to a higher position. Upholstered in brown corduroy, which enhances the relief and sculptural presence of the set. An iconic piece from the 1970s, both cosy and very graphic in a contemporary interior. Vico Magistretti (1920–2006) is a major figure in post-war Italian design. An architect and designer, he is known for simple, intelligent, and highly functional forms.
