Stoneware mirror by André Bodin - 1981

Superb ceramic mirror, specifically in ash-glazed stoneware, by André Bodin, a potter close to those from La Borne. His workshop, in La-Chapelle-Montlinard, was less than 40 km from the workshops of Jean and Jacqueline Lerat, Barbara Delfosse, Élisabeth Joulia, Pierre Mestre, and Jean Linard and Anne Kjaersjaard. Its flower petal shape is very decorative, and its bluish glazing is stunning. It measures 31 cm in diameter with a total thickness of 4 cm. Hanger in excellent condition.
