If there is a world-renowned Russian porcelain, esteemed for its refinement, hand-painted decorations piece by piece, and numerous awards won over the decades, it is that of the former Imperial Porcelain Factory of Saint Petersburg. Founded in 1774, it was renamed in 1925 after the Russian scientist Lomonosov following the revolution. The quality, exclusivity, and reputation of this institution remain intact, and it continues to produce its delicate porcelain pieces in the heart of the city. Made to commemorate the Moscow Olympic Games in 1980, these pieces are true collector's items and are in perfect condition. Each set consists of a cup, a saucer, and a small plate ideal for sweets. The lot consists of 2 sets: 2 cups, 2 saucers, 2 small plates (6 pieces). They are impeccable. It should be noted that there is minimal wear on the gilding of some pieces, mentioned only to clarify that these are not brand new factory items. Cups: ⌀ 6.5 cm, 5.5 cm high. Saucers: ⌀ 11.5 cm. Plates: ⌀ 15.3 cm.
