Paul Quéré (1931-1993), Le Minotaure Workshop in Port Grimaud. Shattered bowl. Glazed ceramic with an autumnal design. Signed on the bottom. Height: 5.1 cm. Diameter: 17.8 cm. Very good condition. Potter, painter, and poet, Paul Quéré created most of his work in Saint-Paul-de-Vence and later in Port Grimaud. With his partner, Ariane Mathieu, they distributed their work under the name Atelier Le Minotaure. Mute glazes and geometric designs on high-quality pieces; In 1979, they returned to Brittany and continued to produce ceramics, but Paul Quéré focused more on painting, creating abstract and high-quality pieces.
