In markerie of different wood species, amaranth, pistachio wood, mahogany, rosewood. Very nice work of butterfly-wing marquetry, beautiful rosette in the center of the lobe-shaped feller and butterfly wing marquetry surrounded by Greek double friezes, 2 doors at the bottom with a shelf for storage. Slaughter with old black leather top, 6 small drawers, interior partitioned in lockers, mahogany wood, 1 drawer at the top of the secretary. Superb original marble, to note some small lack of marquetry not harming the whole of this beautiful piece of furniture, coming from an apartment in Neuilly on seine. The old varnish has been cleaned, the bronzes are original.
