Tapestry Allegory of Spring, printed on canvas, France, 1960s

Very beautiful decorative tapestry, printed on canvas, based on a painting by Marcel Dyf, representing an allegory of spring. On a pastoral theme, the painting depicts two children playing the mandolin and the flute, respectively, in a clearing. Beside them are two pheasants. In the background and in the shadows are trees. In generally good condition, a small hole should be noted at the bottom right of the canvas (nail behind). Dimensions: L157cm, H109cm.
