Louis XV period commode in solid walnut, dating from the 18th century, restored in our workshop and in perfect condition (cabinetmaker graduated from the Boulle school). It was made in Paris, in the Faubourg Saint-Antoine, a district renowned for its numerous cabinetmaking workshops in the 18th century. It features a beautiful curved front adorned with elegant mouldings, three rows of drawers—two large and two small—with a secret drawer in the middle. They are complemented by original bronze handles and a top with rounded lines (stain-treated). The walnut offers a lovely warm patina that highlights the charm and authenticity of this antique piece, characteristic of Parisian furniture from that era.
