19th c louis philippe mirror with stripes

Elegant 19th century gold gilt louis philippe mirror with stripe etchings on the frame. This beautiful antique french gold gilt mirror has the typical rounded upper corners that make it a louis philippe mirror. The mirror frame is structurally healthy and the mirror contains its original antique mirror plate. The glass is still in a very good condition. It has a few small spots – part of its charm – but no mist. The mirror has its original back cladding and is in a very good state in general. Condition: wear is consistent with age and use. Overall good condition, with usual wear, scratches, minor losses to gilding and small weathered spots in the glass.
