An elegant set of six fine porcelain dessert plates produced by the Royal Sphinx Maastricht factory (Petrus Regout & Co), in the Netherlands around 1950. The “Cambridge Old England” pattern depicts a romantic English scene—a castle by a river, surrounded by trees and hills—in a Victorian-inspired composition. The outer frieze, richly decorated with floral and geometric motifs, completes the set with refined elegance. Excellent overall condition. Glossy glaze, without cracks or chips. Diameter: 20 cm.
