Art Deco style red glass vase

Beautiful large, thick glass vase in the late Art Deco style with a deep red gradient and textured relief decoration (hammered and chiseled effect). The relief decoration, inspired by the natural lines of wood or bark, offers a subtle contrast between matte areas and glossy stripes, creating subtle reflections depending on the light. The satin finish is acid-etched, while some edges have been polished to highlight the texture. Probably European art glasswork (influenced by Daum, Murano, Holmegaard); very good overall condition.
