Pair of satin white opaline glass lamp shades, made from fine glass featuring a delicate decor of fine concentric threads achieved during hot shaping. Their silhouette is particularly elegant: an elongated oval shape, resting on a small cylindrical base, with a generously curved body in its lower part that gradually narrows towards a slightly flared straight neck. This geometry offers a very typical balance of 1960s-1970s design, where the lines were simple and organic. The opaline glass diffuses a homogeneous, soft, and warm light, ideal for showcasing a filament LED bulb. Dimensions. Set of 2 shades. Height 17 cm. Neck diameter: 3.5 cm. Maximum diameter: 8.5 cm. Base diameter: 4.5 cm. In very good condition, with no cracks or chips. These shades are perfectly suited for: Restoring a vintage pendant; Equipping a pair of wall sconces; A floor lamp or table lamp; Creating a contemporary light fixture inspired by Mid-Century design; Replacing a missing shade on an antique chandelier.
