Mid-century cabinet 1960s – Inger Klingenberg Fristho

Small cabinet designed by Danish artist Inger Klingenberg and produced by Fristho Franeker in the 1960s. The two doors each hide a drawer and a shelf. The use of wood is very diverse, with an exterior of rosewood and teak veneer and an interior of beech wood. Beautiful large handles, which taper at the back. This rare cabinet with a high cuddliness factor stands on four slender legs with metal accents. Light wear consistent with age and use, patina consistent with age and use, partially restored, surface has been stripped and refinished, keeping tiny signs of age and usage as part of its charm.
