Old photograph 1890 Paris City Hall

Old photograph, circa 1890, late 19th century. Legend "Paris - the town hall and the Arcole bridge nd phot" We can see the town hall, the Arcole bridge, horse-drawn carriages including one on the bridge carrying barrels of wine, men with high waists shape. Plowing on the Seine in the lower left, a barge and makeshift gardens/encampments on the bank of the Seine in the foreground. The corner of the image is embossed with “hélaine 222 rue de rivoli paris” certainly corresponding to the photographer: photo laboratory. The image is pasted on thick cardboard, gilded edge. I have an image from the same series of Place Vendôme. Cardboard size: 24.4 x 32.2 cm. Image dimensions: 21 X 27.5 cm.
