Danish executive desk in teak by Kai Kristiansen Model FM 60, 1960s

Elegant danish executive desk in teak designed in 1958 by kai kristiansen for feldballe's møbelfabrik as model fm60. This freestanding desk features a floating top and six drawers in the front, two of them lockable with one original key, and three cabinets at the reverse, one central open and two sides with doors. This piece is one of the most sought-after desks coming out of denmark, with international recognition. Carved drawer pulls in kristiansen's trademark eyelid design. Overall the desk is in nearly perfect condition, with the case and legs preserved with danish oil, additionally the top has been sanded and coated in semi-gloss lacquer for enhanced longevity of the piece of furniture.
