Vintage Three-Seater Sofa by Franz Sartori for Flexform, 1965

Franz Sartori is best known for his organic sculptural work but he also designed furniture that reflects his sculptural talent. This incredible three-seater sofa is extremely comfortable and showcases the organic forms Franz Sartori is renowned for. Flexform, one of the best Italian furniture brands, was founded in 1959. It is a family business born during the flourishing period of Italian design in the furniture manufacturing district of Brianza in Northern Italy. This sofa, attributed to Franz Sartori, was manufactured by Flexform in Italy during the 1960s. It is in good vintage condition with some wear consistent with its age and use. The sofa measures 208 cm in width, 92 cm in depth, and 60 cm in height, and falls within the standard weight range of 40kg to 80kg.
