Modern Sculptural Table Lamp in Ceramic and Wood, Organic Style: "Cántaro Cloud" with Wings

A sculptural table lamp signed by Amitābha Studio: a ceramic base shaped like a winged 'cántaro', made by Pablo Tito, a master potter from Úbeda, paired with a lampshade in LZF wood veneer designed by Ray Power. Wired for use in the USA. Customization of international fittings is possible at no extra cost. The base is a contemporary 'cántaro' with handles, a reinterpretation of the traditional Andalusian water jug as a sculpture, covered with dark shiny brown glaze. The lampshade is a custom 'Link' model designed by Ray Power for LZF Lighting and handmade in Valencia from strips of cream-white wood veneer that wrap and fold over themselves like Möbius ribbons. When illuminated, the veneer diffuses a warm glow and reveals its grain. Both elements are handmade in Spain and assembled by Amitābha Studio using new brass fixings and fabric-sheathed cord. The result is a true work of art.
