Impressionist painting - Romantic autumn landscape in perfect condition - 1880

Good morning. I am offering this oil on wood from the 19th century in perfect condition in a sturdy, fluted oak frame (hollowed in the middle). We notice in this work a certain pictorial material, particularly in a dark sky. In the foreground, an oval pond reflects the color of the sky, then 3 characters in the background enliven this superb landscape with multiple colors. Finally, in the distance and to the left a second pond is visible as well as small trees and paths which wind through the forest giving a very beautiful depth to the landscape. These 3 shots give a splendid animated scene at the end of the day. A signature in relief appears with difficulty at the bottom right and remains to be deciphered. This work is undoubtedly the work of a talented artist. Frame dimensions: 43 x 18.5 cm. Dimensions of the work: 40.5 X 15 cm. This very elongated landscape format is rather rare. The work was cleaned and a glossy anti-UV varnish was applied.
