In 1921, Guido Bitossi founded the Manifattura Maioliche Artistiche Guido Bitossi, merging tradition with the new stylistic expressions of the time. From the beginning, the production was distinguished by its attention to detail, the study of forms, and a refined interpretation of classical styles. In the 1950s, under the artistic direction of Aldo Londi (1911-2003), Bitossi inaugurated a new creative season, focused on research and innovation. He introduced a modern and experimental language, attentive to the evolution of tastes and the uniqueness of each product. A painter, sculptor, and above all a ceramist, Nature lived a life dedicated to art, balancing technical expertise, creative sensitivity, and a natural inclination for research. He collaborated with Bitossi for over fifty years, first as artistic director and then as a collaborator.
