Modernist glass block ashtray in Lumax style

An old large ashtray (or catch-all) made of ultra-thick transparent moulded glass in the style of Lumax productions. Unsigned, it is a perfect example of modernist and functionalist design from the 1960s-1970s. Its clean, geometric, and heavy aesthetic is directly inspired by the glass bricks of Le Corbusier or Charlotte Perriand's architecture, offering stunning reflections with light. Very good overall condition. Please note: slight normal signs of use and small air bubbles trapped in the original mass, which testify to its old manufacturing and highlight its authentic character.
