Square vide-poche signed Lumax in thick transparent moulded glass. French modernist work from the 1950s to 1970s, in the spirit of utilitarian creations attributed to the world of Le Corbusier and Charlotte Perriand. Sober geometric lines, softened angles, and a beautiful thickness of glass giving an architectural aspect very typical of post-war design. Can be used as: Vide-poche. Ashtray. Small office storage. Minimalist decorative support. Era: 1950s–70s. Style: French modernist / mid-century. Dimensions: 11.2 × 11.2 cm. Height 5 cm. Interior depth 3.5 cm. Condition: Good vintage condition. Visible usage scratches on the inner bottom and under the base. No major chips observed. A compact, dense, and very graphic object. The kind of piece that immediately gives the impression that an architect is about to arrive with rolled plans under their arm. Price: €58.
