Viennese bistro chair in curved wood attributed to Bauman, France, 1920, Art Nouveau period. Model Thonet 56 reinterpreted by Bauman, with a typical seat that differs from Thonet, shaped like a trapezoid. Light, small seat height of 47 cm, beautiful warm brown patina. I have another in the same style of seat with a slatted backrest, also by Bauman. Perfect condition, caning as well as stability, and wood refurbished in our workshops.
