Brutalist oak shelving unit, 1950s

Superb freestanding shelf, made of solid oak, from the 1950s. Visible through-tenon joints, thick lines and a rustic finish. Very beautiful patina of time, one of the vertical supports has been reinforced, some cracks are present in the wood. A very beautiful brutalist piece by a craftsman, a true love-at-first-sight object.
